The Lesher Center for the Arts has had a tremendous impact on Walnut Creek’s art community since it first opened its doors in October of 1990. What first began in 1967 as the Nuthouse, a performance and gallery complex, grew exceptionally into its current $21 million facility. Today the Lesher Center puts on 900 productions a year and welcomes 350,000 guests annually. This local cultural gem is owned and operated by the City of Walnut Creek, California and features three theaters, the Bedford Art Gallery, and excellent dining venues around the Center. With complimentary WiFi throughout the facility and beverage/dining options available, the Lesher Center for the Arts is a fantastic venue for corporate and private events alike. Whether you want to catch a show or hold a conference, the Lesher Center for the Arts provides exceptional service and a fabulous performance.
